The Academy
The IN Network Academy is an immersive educational experience designed to expose students ages 13–26 to the world of national security, intelligence, and public service. Through engaging speaker sessions, interactive workshops, and compelling storytelling from real-world practitioners, the Academy brings the intersection of technology, history, and global service to life. Our curriculum is built around the belief that every young person, regardless of background, zip code, or socioeconomic status, deserves access to the knowledge and networks that can shape their future. The Academy meets students where they are, partnering directly with underserved public schools across the country to ensure that the next generation of leaders reflects the diversity of our world.
Internships
The IN Network Internship Program offers students and young professionals a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a mission-driven nonprofit at the forefront of national security education. Interns work directly alongside IN Network leadership and partners, contributing to real projects spanning communications, research, event coordination, and community outreach. The program is designed not just to build résumés, but to build confidence, giving participants a platform to develop professional skills, expand their networks, and deepen their understanding of the national security landscape.
