Systems Automation/Web Design Intern: Supports organizational efficiency by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows and website design. Manage the IN Network website by updating proper events, tabs, and sections, while monitoring the website inbox.  4. Event Logistics Intern: Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of organizational events by creating run-of-show documents, managing communications and materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operational logistics before, during, and after events.  5. Project Management Intern: Responsible for communicating with the team to help manage and monitor progress on each department’s projects.  6. Digital Design & Experience Intern: Responsible for creating branded visual assets, ranging from social graphics and presentation decks to website visuals, while ensuring consistent design across all digital platforms. Your role focuses on optimizing user experience and accessibility to support program initiatives, donor engagement, and event promotion.

1. Open-Source Intelligence & Analysis Intern: Responsible for gathering and verifying data from diverse sources to contribute technical analysis. Projects can include Monthly Intelligence Briefs, Interactive Threat Map, or individual research. 2. Grants & Development Intern: Responsible for expanding organizational funding by researching institutional opportunities and maintaining precise donor records to support engagement and retention. This role is responsible for drafting compelling grant narratives and stewardship communications while tracking compliance, reporting deadlines, and impact metrics to ensure a sustainable fundraising pipeline. 3. Strategic Partnerships Intern: Responsible for expanding the organization’s reach by researching prospective collaborators and managing the end-to-end partnership pipeline. This role is responsible for drafting essential documents like MOUs and briefs while coordinating joint initiatives to ensure high levels of engagement and successful outcomes. 4. Program Development Intern: Responsible for designing impactful learning pathways and drafting high-quality educational materials tailored for young adults. This role focuses on maintaining instructional standards and curriculum templates to ensure the continuous improvement and successful delivery of certification programs. 5. Policy & Research Analyst Intern: Responsible for conducting in-depth research on international security issues to identify emerging trends and draft actionable insights for policy briefs and Threat Map updates. Working collaboratively with the team, this role translates complex thematic analysis into clear reports and strategic recommendations.

1. Content Creation & Social Media Intern: Responsible for social media management, social media design, film editing, and thumbnail curation.  2. Communications & PR Intern: Responsible for maintaining media contacts (updating them for events) and finding/organizing speaking opportunities.  3. InForum Engagement Intern: Responsible for managing and maintaining the InForum, organizing events for the platform in collaboration with the External Events Intern.  4. External Events Intern: Responsible for fireside chat development for interns; will research goals and intentions for all fireside chats. Will organize social hours for the team and for those outside of the team. 5. Engagement Lead Intern: Responsible for spearheading campaigns focused on member retention and participation while managing end-to-end communications and event registration flows. You’ll be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and collecting feedback to measure and optimize the overall impact of engagement initiatives.
